Shipping policy
All our products are delivered FREE** anywhere in NZ – including rural delivery!!**
We strive to get your new products to you as fast as possible.
Items 25kg or over are sent on Mainfreight, packaged and strapped to pallets.
Delivery times for these products are:
South Island:
- Overnight delivery to; Nelson, Christchurch, Marlborough except weekends
- 2-3 working days for delivery to the rest of the South Island
North Island:
- Overnight delivery to Wellington & Auckland and most other cities and towns in the North Island except weekends
- 2-4 working days for delivery to rural towns and areas
Items less than 25kg are sent on Post Haste or NZ Post Couriers .
Delivery times for these products are:
South Island
- 1 to 2 working days delivery except weekends
North Island
- 1 to 2 working days delivery except weekends
*Rural delivery
Rural delivery to any area in New Zealand takes an extra 1-4 working days for freight and courier items, if you want your products urgently we suggest you get them delivered to a non rural address or alternatively you can pick up from the courier/freight depot.
The delivery times indicated are estimates and are made in good faith. Riequip shall not be bound by them. If you need your product urgently, please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate your requirements.
** Free delivery is to any address within New Zealand, excludes extreme remote rural addresses.
