    A month after receiving my generator I noticed a small fault. I contacted Riequip stating that it could have happened during delivery or when I unpacked it. Riequip never quibbled as to who was at fault and together we set about fixing it. In the process I got the repair company to add a small improvement beyond the absolute minimum needed to repair the original fault with the intention that I would pay half the repair cost. But again and without any hesitancy or pushback Riequip declared that they would pay it all. Why Presumably because they knew that this is how you manage customer relations. Presumably because they have business integrity which flows over into generating consumer trust in the products they sell which leads to referrals andor repeat business etc etc. Presumably because they suspected that I would sing their praises to friends and business associates.
